Manchester Wellness Center offers a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free with your membership. Each class is designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and that of a novice participant.
Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes including: yoga, Pilates, group cycling, and more.
